Si è insediato il 25 settembre, presso il ministero
dell’Ambiente, il gruppo di lavoro istituito dal ministro Andrea Orlando che
avrà il compito di individuare soluzioni adeguate per chiudere il ciclo dei
rifiuti in Campania. Il gruppo è formato da rappresentanti del ministero
dell’Ambiente e della Regione Campania e da esperti e scienziati dell’Ispra,
del Cnr, dell’Enea. “Le massime autorità scientifiche verificheranno nelle
prossime settimane – commenta il ministro Orlando – quali alternative ci sono
al progetto di un termovalorizzatore. Le soluzioni individuate dovranno essere
scientificamente fondate, finanziariamente sostenibili e credibili nella
risposta all'Unione europea in riferimento alle questioni da questa poste negli
anni scorsi e attinenti il completamento del ciclo ordinario dei rifiuti e la
risoluzione del problema ecoballe”.
